Executive Bios

Jack Zoken - President and Cofounder

Jack Zoken is the CEO and founder of precigeo. Jack was the co-founder and CEO of Sift, Inc., a highly successful Sunnyvale, California based data mining company. Sift was acquired by 24/7 Media for $22 million in March 1999. Jack holds a PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Prashant Devdhar - VP Engineering and Cofounder

Prashant Devdhar is the VP of Engineering and co-founder of precigeo. Prashant's primary focus is the technical direction of Whitegold Solutions and the management, growth, and success of our analytical team in India. Previously, he was the VP Engineering at Sift, Inc. where he played a pivotal role in developing the company’s products. Prior to his successes at Sift, Prashant was a Staff Engineer at Amdahl. Prashant holds a MS in Computer Science from Ohio State University.

Mike Hallenberger - VP Insurance Services

With over 45 years in sales and marketing with such companies as IBM, Intel, and ADP, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to precigeo. Mike spent the last 30 years as a chief sales and marketing executive bringing new technology to the P & C Lines Insurance Industry.

Roy Clausen - VP Solar Services

Roy Clausen is an authority on the application of modern solar technologies. Roy has worked on the design and installation of numerous large scale solar projects and has 9 years experience working directly in the solar industry in sales, product design, innovation, and training. Roy is a former Director of Commercial PV sales for Solar Depot / Itochu and has also worked with SolarCity, MC Solar Engineering and Sustainable Spaces, and the C.A.S.H energy committee.

David Kohls - VP Marketing

David Kohls has over 20 years of experience in technology marketing and management. His broad experience includes GIS, data visualization, web services, international marketing and founding two companies. David holds an MBA from Stanford University and degrees in Economics and Computer Science.

Technical Advisory Board

Chris Edgette

Chris has a decade of experience in solar project construction, product development, and corporate strategy. He has managed over 25 MW of photovoltaic installations globally, and has participated in the development of multiple non-penetrating rooftop systems, residential rooftop mounting products and ground-mounted fixed and tracking systems. Prior to joining StrateGen, Chris served as Director of Field Engineering for SolarCity, establishing operating processes for the installation division of SolarCity. Prior to SolarCity, Chris founded and supervised the Construction Management Group for SunPower Systems (originally PowerLight. Chris also served as the first Product Manager at Powerlight, managing the T10 non-penetrating rooftop product.

Chris is currently a director at Strategen Corporation.

Bob Dowdell

Bob Dowdell is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marshall & Swift / Boeckh (MS/B). MS/B is a leading supplier of local building cost information, residential and commercial property valuation technology and services for the property and casualty insurance sector in the US and Canada. During his tenure (1994 to 2005), he successfully transformed Marshall & Swift and Boeckh from paper-based publishing companies to knowledge companies that provide a wide variety of services to the property insurance, appraisal, and assessment industries. Bob is also a founder and the former Chairman and CEO of Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ: CECO). Career Education is a $2 billion postsecondary educational institute, with 80+ campuses in the US, Canada, Europe and Dubai, and the 2nd largest degree granting on-line institution (AIU Online). Prior to this, he was President of National Education Centers, which at the time was the largest chain of postsecondary educational institutions in the US. Bob also served as Corporate Controller and Treasurer at National Education Corp (NYSE) and Corporate Controller of Chamberlain Manufacturing Corp (AMEX) and worked at Price Waterhouse in Chicago as an Audit manager. Bob is on the Board of Directors for TravelCLICK, Inc., 21st Services and VeriClaim, and the Chairman of Bluefin, LLC.. Bob earned an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and currently serves on their Board of Advisors for the Mendoza School of Business.
