Pricing for residential projects is determined by two factors:

Discount Program Example
ABC Insurance Services is a new customer in March and they purchase 57 reports in that month. In April, May and June they buy 150, 275 and 1,046 reports. For these reports, they automatically receive a 20% discount. For all purchases in July, August and September a 30% discount will apply because June purchases passed the 1,000 report threshold.
