The process is simple – all you need to do is provide us with the address of the property, and we take it from there. Using our proprietary, in-house technology, we geocode the property and pin-point its exact latitude and longitude. We then identify the most suitable aerial imagery for measurements purposes in order to provide you with highly accurate, valuable tools for your business.

Each roof face and ridge is identified and measured, and since the faces are sloped we correct for pitch. Pitch is determined using a number of proprietary techniques based on photogrammetry and oblique imagery. All of this analysis comes to life as tangible materials you can use for marketing, estimate development, damage assessment, and job completion.
