General Questions:

What is the turnaround time?
Since we process your jobs in batches, the amount of time it takes us to process your work depends upon how many jobs are included in each batch. Typical turnaround time is two to three days. Sometimes requests are serviced overnight.

Is there anything I can do to help speed up the process?
Yes. When you upload a batch, be sure to follow the steps carefully and provide as much information as you can. The more accurate and complete your batch order is, the more quickly we’ll be able to process it.

What if you are unable to generate a measurement?
Occasionally, due to poor imagery or our inability to geocode an address, we may be unable to provide a measurement for some of the addresses (jobs) that you submit within the batch. In these cases, we appreciate that our customers might need to plan for an onsite measurement and we attempt to inform you within one business day of unmeasurable jobs.
You are not charged for unmeasurable jobs.

How accurate are the roof measurements I will receive?
A formal study by one customer based on a large sample of roofs measured Roof accuracy to be within 4% of the true roof area for 95% of the roofs.

How accurate are the insolation measurements I will receive?
precigeoSolar output has been successfully used by many different installers and the results are generally consistent with other methods such as PVWatts and Solmetric.
